This bathroom renovation in Ballajura is one of the smallest bathrooms we have ever done. Consisting of a 750mm vanity and a shower bath you dont really have enough room to swing a cat but that doesn't mean you cant make the bathroom look amazing. In Perth some bathrooms are small and this bathroom renovation is the example of poor planning from the start. Would you believe this is the main bathroom of a 3x1! I know its shocking but this is the reality.
What We Did
Due to budgets and spacing the owners of this Ballaura bathroom wanted to make the best of what they had. They key was to make the fixtures and fittings the best that they could be. I decided to post this bathroom to show that by taking risks you can archive something great.
Products We Used
The tapware we used was from Alpine Bathrooms. The alpine products are among some of the best bathroom items in Perth you can use. They are reliable cost effective and look modern! the company really aim to support bathroom renovators in Perth and we have had a great wholesale partnership for over 8 years.
Star of the Room
The star of the room for me is the wood tiles. Wood look tiles are really something i have grown to love. They add a warmth and love to a room as small as this bathroom. It creates an IT factor you don't get from say a Gloss White or a Beige. Wood tiles are warm by nature but don't have the stigma of a cream which can sometimes look yellow.
Last Notes about the Bathroom
Dark tiles dont always close in a space. If you have a small bathroom already dark tiles arent going to make it feel smaller. The Ballajura bathroom above went bold in picking the wood look tiles and the result paid off. They created a bathroom that when you see it had a wow factor that just a white bathroom wouldn't have. Every bathroom is different but its important to make the most of the space you have.
