Jandakot Bathroom Renovation

The owner of this home’s big request was the biggest vanity we could get for all her growing kid’s needs. She no longer required a small bath and wanted to maximize the space with a walk-in shower and large double vanity. I personally love the colour choices.

  • Pearl Hexagon Feature Wall
  • Concrete Lapato 600mm x 600mm Base Tile
  • Venato Oak 1800mm Vanity

Maylands Bathroom Renovation (Upstairs)

This Mayland’s bathroom is a second-story bathroom renovation which is a lot trickier than ground-level bathrooms as you are often stuck with the current height of the bathroom plumbing. Below is often how these walk-in showers will be finished when you have a raised shower waste that you can not move.

  • OSCA Ceiling High Cabinets
  • Shower Seat
  • Matte Black Frameless Shower Screen

Leeming Bathroom Renovation

1500mm is really the size I recommend for a double shower but you can do smaller. For the Leeming bathroom renovation the owner has used a 1200mm double vanity which does look stunning.

  • OSCA Ceiling High Cabinets
  • Shower Seat
  • Matte Black Frameless Shower Screen

Kalamunda Bathroom Renovation

This is a classic 80’s bathroom combining a floral feature pattern tile, brown base tiles, and the wired shower screen that always cracked!

  • All White Bathroom (Free Range White Tile)
  • In Built Shower Seat
  • Infinity Wall Hung 1200mm Vanity

Kelmscott Bathroom Renovation

The number of bathrooms we come across in the old-fashioned in wall mirror box is incredible. The biggest renovation task in this room is effectively removing the box making in shower friendly. I this before and after as its a simple example.

  • Shower Recess (All Internal Tiled Feature)
  • Charlotte Wood Grain 1200mm
  • Matching Charlotte Mirror Cabinet

Como Bathroom Renovation (Upstairs)

Second Story bathroom renovations often are a little more complicated due to the restrictive nature of what you can do with plumbing especially floor wastes. This beautiful bathroom renovation has a raised floor to create a semi-hobless shower.

  • Handcrafted Subway Tiles
  • Mela Brushed Brass Tapware
  • Eden Oak Vanity

Bayswater Bathroom Renovation

This renovation was an old storage room we converted into a full bathroom. These types of renovation are the hardest you often will do but the key is to make it look like it always existed as opposed to just being added on.

  • 1200mm Shower Wall
  • LED Mirror
  • Black Butt Vanity

Claremont Bathroom Renovation

The owner of this bathroom renovation wanted to make the space feel as big as possible. The gloss white tiles allow for maximum light to hit the room and create a larger-looking space.

  • Matte Black Spin Tapware
  • Timber Black Butt Vanity
  • Bevelled Subway Tiles

Joondana Bathroom Renovation

Lastly, we have this Joondana bathroom that has no window! Without a window, the room can feel dull so a skylight and the right tile choice make the room feel so much larger.

  • Skylight Into Room
  • Combined Matching Wood Grain Vanity, Mirror and Lights
  • Textured Matt Wall Tiles

Leeming Bathroom Renovation

The Owner of this Leeming bathroom just really hated those glass block windows.

  • Shower Niche 300mm x 600mm
  • Concreto 300mm x 600m Tiles
  • Brushed Nickel Tapware

Langford Bathroom Renovation

This before-bathroom renovation is one of the craziest before’s I have ever seen. This thing was a nightmare to clean let alone use and the owner did the best decision ever by changing it to a walk-in shower. The challenge was getting a mirror to fit after we installed a much lower window.

  • 600mm x 600mm Vista Dark Tiles
  • Dracula 1200mm All Draws Vanity
  • Matte Black Window – Slider

Bathroom Renovations Perth

Bertram Bathroom Renovation

I personally love the bathroom below because it’s a great example of a client taking a chance with what they love. This is an early 2000’s bathroom that was designed poorly with a lack of storage and spacing.

  • Royal Chester 450mm x 450mm Encasutic Floor Tiles
  • Vega Wood Grain 1200m
  • Subway 100mm x 300mm With Grey Grout

Canning Vale Bathroom Renovation

Like a lot of canning vale ensuites, you will find have large windows that really impact your design space. We got rid of the massive window and moved the shower to that corner.

  • In-Built Shelf Where Old Shower Was
  • Custom Made Matt Grey Vanity
  • Brushed Nickel Tapware

Rivervale Bathroom Renovation

Like the above mentioned Jandakot bathroom renovation, the owners wanted storage!. I personally love the rounded black tapware as it looks even over the vessel basin

  • Massive Mirror Cabinet
  • Matte Black Shower Combo
  • Rounded Mirage Basin Taps With Spout Over Sink

Spearwood Bathroom Renovation

Terrazzo bathroom floors are so stunning in person no picture can ever do them justice. This bathroom though simple soft tones and pretty much perfect if you are looking for wow-factor without having the wrong type of wow…

  • Terrazzo Bathroom Floor Tiles
  • LED Mirror
  • Shower Niche

Butler Bathroom Renovation

For a room like this the key was to have a more open and changeable bathroom where the owner could add and take things away. I personally love the combination of panels and brushed brass tapware

  • White Bathroom Panels
  • Tile Cloud Terracotta Floor
  • Brushed Brass ABI Tapware

Redcliffe Bathroom Renovation

Features – Kit Kat Wall Tile Feature and Shower Niche For Storage

Padbury Bathroom Renovation

Features – Vertical Stackbon Feature Wall and Brushed Brass ABI Tapware

Girrawheen Bathroom Renovation

Features – Handmade Subway Wall Tiles and Encaustic Pattern Floor

Below is an example of what we are calling the Bricked Shower Screen.

Munster Bathroom Renovation

Be bold and brave when renovating the space you have. This bathroom is an example of a client who wants a specific design being a full wall shower screen and floor-to-ceiling darker tile. It really pays off as it is a stunning Person

  • Hidden Storage Above Vanity Mirror
  • Semi-Gloss Grigio Edge Tiles
  • Memento Matte Black Tapware

Ocean Reef Bathroom Renovation

As mentioned in this section there is a trend about having fewer grout showers so the wall instead of the screen is a part of that trend. Click HERE for the full article on that latest trend

  • Criss Cross Pearl Mermaid Subway Tiles
  • Half Bricked/Tiled Shower Wall
  • Light Wood Vanity

The reality is I do not think we will be doing this in every bathroom in the coming years but I do believe it will be something we do more and more often as people become more aggressive towards a bathroom that requires as little maintenance as possible.
